Celui-ci a permis de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du clavier, mais il a connu de nombreux probl\u00e8mes de fiabilit\u00e9. Ces probl\u00e8mes ont pouss\u00e9 Apple \u00e0 lancer un <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/fr-ch\/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">programme d&rsquo;extension de garantie<\/a>. Ces claviers ont connu tellement de d\u00e9faut qu&rsquo;Apple a fait marche arri\u00e8re en 2019 pour revenir sur un mod\u00e8le de clavier \u00e0 ciseau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les sympt\u00f4mes et le mod\u00e8le correspondent, vous pouvez vous adresser directement \u00e0 Apple pour proc\u00e9der au remplacement gratuit du clavier. \u00c0 noter qu&rsquo;Apple assume ce remplacement gratuitement, seulement 4 ans apr\u00e8s la date d&rsquo;achat. Au-del\u00e0, vous pouvez vous adresser directement chez nous pour organiser la r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du liquide sur le clavier<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En dehors des d\u00e9fauts de s\u00e9rie \u00e9voqu\u00e9s ci-dessus, la majorit\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes de claviers sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 du liquide renvers\u00e9 dessus, ou encore \u00e0 une exposition de la machine \u00e0 un environnement humide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalit\u00e9 est fondamentalement la m\u00eame, le remplacement complet du clavier, mais selon les machines la r\u00e9paration diff\u00e8re sensiblement. Sur toutes les machines avant 2016, nous pouvons remplacer directement le clavier sans changer l&rsquo;entier du bas de caisse. Apple ayant eu la bonne id\u00e9e de riveter ses claviers \u00e0 partir des MacBook Pro Retina, nous avons sensiblement plus de travail pour faire le remplacement, mais cela reste possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9roulement de la r\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le probl\u00e8me clairement identifi\u00e9 et pour autant que la pi\u00e8ce soit en stock, le remplacement se fait en 24h &#8211; 48h.
