Cette vitre provient des m\u00eames usines qui fabriquent les vitres d\u2019origine Apple. A ce titre, elle est en tout point de vue identique \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne : m\u00eames mat\u00e9riaux, m\u00eame qualit\u00e9. Pourtant, ce n\u2019est pas Apple, mais des vendeurs p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques qui fournissent Maclinic. Pourquoi ? Car Apple ne fournit pas de pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es de ses appareils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Logique, nous direz-vous. Vous n\u2019iriez pas chez un p\u00e2tissier acheter du sucre ; pas plus qu\u2019un m\u00e9canicien ne vend ses outils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourtant, voil\u00e0 quelques mois que plusieurs \u00c9tats am\u00e9ricains remettent ce principe en question par le biais d\u2019un projet de loi intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Right to Repair \u00bb. Si elle est adopt\u00e9e, elle imposera aux grands constructeurs \u00e9lectroniques de fournir \u00e0 qui le souhaite des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es, des outils et des tutoriaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A quelle fin ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9viter les monopoles, laisser une chance aux plus petits de vivre, encourager le public \u00e0 r\u00e9parer plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 jeter, mais aussi (et surtout), pousser les g\u00e9ants de l\u2019industrie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 se repenser sur le plan \u00e9cologique. Car un g\u00e9ant qui accepte qu\u2019on le r\u00e9pare, c\u2019est un g\u00e9ant qui se tourne vers la d\u00e9croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le droit \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, c\u2019est quoi ? C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre un pas de plus vers une utilisation \u00e9co-responsable de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
